Located on Approx. 40 quiet and isolated acres,
adjacent to 200 acres of conservation land.
- Access to miles of safe trails directly on and off the property.
- 38+ airy, well bedded stalls with rubber mats. Some with attached
turnouts for all day access, weather permitting.
- Additonal paddocks, grass pastures, and single turnout available.
- All day turnout available. Some turnout with run-in sheds.
- A large 70' x 150' indoor arena with mirrors, heated viewing and tack room.
- A large 100' x 200' outdoor arena.
- Indoor and Outdoor wash stalls
- Fly-Spray System
- Heated outdoor water tanks, winter only.

Rates:
Brookline Equestrian Center offers high quality and
experienced care. We can customize the board to fit your
needs.
- Rough/Co-op Board $200.00 per month.
- Full Board $500.00 per month.
- Training Board $900.00 per month.
Additional services can be provided, including:
On-site farriery,
Assistance with appointments,
Laundry pick-up/Repair.

Training:
Bonnie Watrous has over 25 years of riding
experience. She has competed extensively on the East Coast.
She is a USDF Bronze Medalist and has evented thru Training
Level horse trials.
For either the competitor or pleasure rider,
we can work together to make a training
program that fits your needs.
